Biography

Mr. Semach was born in Ohio but has lived in Florida for more than thirty‑five years. Mr. Semach attended college at the University of Florida majoring in Classical Studies and minoring in History. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 2005. Mr. Semach then attended law school at the University of Florida, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2008. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Semach has practiced almost exclusively in the areas of bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. Over the years, Mr. Semach has represented a wide variety of debtors and creditors ranging from working-class families to large national trucking companies. Due to his diverse client base, Mr. Semach is frequently asked to speak at various seminars concerning bankruptcy law. When not working, Mr. Semach spends much of his free time volunteering as an adult leader with Cub Scout Pack 10 and Scouting America Troop 10 in Dunedin.
