way. When she’s not working, Leigh enjoys spending time with her niece, mom and her two beloved dogs, Pancetta and Sunflower.
Nicholle McIntosh Cole
Nicholle has been working in the legal field for over 10 years. Her carer tenure started in New York NY working for LeBoeuf, Lamb, Lieby & MacRae where she gained valuable experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. She then relocated to Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she worked for Nancy N. Herkert Chapter 13 Trustee office as a court clerk, then moving on to gain experience in Creditor Rights Law, Chapter 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy. Nicholle joined Ford & Semach, P.A., in July 2020 where she brings her knowledge and years of experience to the legal team. Nicholle enjoys spending time with family, reading and traveling.

Jackie has been working in the legal field for over 9 years. Her career tenure started in Clearwater, FL working for Perenich Law, PL where she gained valuable experience in Bankruptcy proceedings. She then decided to switch careers and work for a Personal Injury Law Firm. Jackie joined Ford & Semach, P.A. in 2025 where she is excited to continue her path in the Bankruptcy field, helping give people and businesses a fresh start. Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and traveling.
