Helping You Get A Fresh Start
Bankruptcy exists for a reason — to help honest, hardworking individuals and businesses regain and maintain control of their finances. At the Law Offices of Buddy D. Ford, P.A., we can help you do just that.
Located in Tampa, our firm helps individuals and businesses throughout Florida discharge their debts, reorganize their finances and get the fresh start they need to become financially secure.
Debt Relief With Dignity
During law school, attorney Buddy Ford clerked for the Honorable Joe Lee, a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge. Judge Lee believed every person deserved to go through the bankruptcy process with dignity. This lesson has stayed with Buddy and guides our legal practice today. His strong belief is ” Representation With Dignity.”
When you come to our office, you will be treated with dignity and respect. We know that unexpected life events can seriously impact finances. Our lawyers are here to help, not judge.
